*Cruel and Unusual Punishment

Here are some of my stash options for the next 2 months of Project Spectrum - most of my pink, yellow, and green....

green yellow pink yarn

and 2 of my current works in progress fit right into the color scheme ....

happy valley socks

These 2 skeins of Lorna's Laces are from the same dyelot, but one is more yellow and pink than the other - not so bad that it's a real problem for me.

green sleeves

The sleeves of my Kathy Zimmerman sweater are as done as they are going to be until I make the body. I have no idea how much this welt rib stitch is going to stretch vertically, so I don't know if they are too short or too long??

The minute I stopped the sleeves, I started the front/back of this sweater ( a point at which I have let sweaters fall into UFO status in the past.) I am knitting them at the same time on a long circular to ensure that they both get done. Ahhh, knitting outside on a sunny day!!

knitting outside

* I had jury duty yesterday and they WOULDN'T LET ME KNIT!!! I was actually looking forward to a day with all this knitting potential.....Sat there ALL day (never actually had to be on a jury because my # was 30 and they only made it to 24) -I didn't even bring a book because I figured I could knit with my teeny 2.25 mm bamboo circular needle - what possible harm??? It would be much easier to stab someone with my pen (which they let me keep) than these needles which would break upon impact with anything.....can you tell I'm still fuming about the injustice?
